The hotel was close to the expressway and had walking conveniences. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean with a nice sized fridge and microwave. A good place to stay at a great price.

The toilet didn’t work and when I complained about it the best they could do was tell me maintenance would come and fix it, but not give me a timeframe of when this was going to happen. Being that I have stage 4 cancer I can’t be without a working bathroom, but that didn’t seem to matter.

Paid for a non-smoking and got a room that smelt like an ashtray. I got the room for a job site Forman and he refused to stay there because of the unsafe environment, the dank and dinghy feel, and the heavy smoke smell. This was a total waste of money.

The staff was very helfful. We originally had a room on the 2nd floor, but with no elevator and my daughter in a walking boot and unable to climb stairs, the lady at checkin immediatedly changed our room to aground floor with no fuss.
