Quality Inn Johnson City I-26 exit 17

The property was fine... rooms were clean and the a/c worked well. The staff was "too busy with checkouts" to clean our room or replace the towels on the second day.... quite frankly their staffing problems should not be my problem.... all in all for the money I would stay there again....

The breakfast was really good. My girls loved it! I would loved to have wheat bread along with the white bread and bananas with the apples. Other than that every thing else was great!

There wasn't really anything there that I didn't like.

This property is filthy, disgusting, run down, and operated by a bunch of incompetents! They put us in a room with our service dogs that was subpar at best. The shower head had no holder, the bathroom was filthy and had rust all over the fixtures, there was grime in and on top of the fridge, as well as inside the microwave, and in the shower stall itself. As well as having a layer of grime on the phone and every other fixture that’s probably older than I am! There was clearly smoke damage to the furniture and fixtures, as well as blood maybe, on the valances. The bedspread and blankets had cigarette holes in them even though this was sold as a non-smoking unit, and we had trouble breathing in the room. The manager told us to deal with it, after cursing at me and refused to move us to a different room stating that they “have no dog rooms available”, even though putting a service dog in a dog only room is a violation of the ADA if the dog approved room they do have is substandard. The owner never called us back, even though we specifically asked him to, and the night attendant was less useful than rest stop toilet paper.

This property was disgusting and in terrible disrepair! They put us in a subpar room because we were traveling with our registered service dogs. The manager refused to move us to a decently inhabitable room, probably because they didn’t have anything better in the entire facility. The room was billed as non smoking, but had obvious smoke damage on almost every surface like it’d housed a pen full of chain smoking monkeys for a decade, and the blankets all had cigarette burns in them. The manager was an absolute nightmare to deal with and was rude and cussed at us when we had the audacity to complain. The GM never called us back after filing a formal complaint, and the evening attendant was less useful than rest stop toilet paper! I will be leaving photos on their yelp and Google reviews!

While out of town the 26 yr old gideon manager up front slept with my wife,leaky roof spy holes in all 3 rooms we were in roaches never stop coming in it's a full time job spreads have cigarette holes in them
