The mattress was soft. Outside access.

The mattress was busted, but soft, better than some that felt like concrete. Bathroom door handle was busted too. Staff was not very pleasant. It doesn't hurt to smile. I love all people but please please please , if you are going to come to this country to run a business please learn English to speak it and understand it. I told the person 8 times slowly my phone number, I understand that my Yankee Minnesota voice is strong but I know it not that strong. I never realized you had to pay for a cahed animal either. Im traveling with a chinchilla. $25. Got to be kidding me.

"It was overall stressful but served the purpose for the night but won’t stay again."

Bed was comfortable and it was relatively quiet. I felt safe there as I was traveling alone.

Instead of swiping my card for payment it was manually typed into the computer and in doing so the expiration date was typed in wrong causing my card to be declined. Since I was out of town my bank put a fraud hold on it causing undue stress as ai was in the phone for almost an hour to get it straightened out. I was offered nothing but a simple sorry for the inconvenience. I was alone and far from home and it scared me and worried me unnecessarily.
