"Quite disappointed with various aspects as indicated above, but I guess one gets what they pay for."

Breakfast was fine, location was fine.

Cleanliness, bathroom door was locked and had go to main desk to have it opened, room window was cracked, shower needed updating, ice room and machine very dirty, areas of the grounds very dirty; overall, facility seemed quite dated and did not seem befitting of the Wyndham designation.

"Cockroach infested, smelly, filthy dirty, and we didn't stay more than 30 minutes and we had to hit the road in the"

Nothing.

It was cockroach infested. We got into bed after a long day on the road and an event Saturday night, October 11, 2025 in Florence, Alabama to find their room in bed were crawling with cockroaches. They were crawling on us in bed. When we got home, we had cockroaches on the bottom of our shoes we had to empty out our suitcase and bags to make sure we weren't bringing in cockroaches in our home to make sure we didn't have them in our car so what we did not like about the property was it was filthy. It stunk and it was cockroach infested.

"Just needed a peaceful night"

Tv remote was broke, blow dryer was broke, no towels or anything. Staff was rude and took an hour and half to respond to the bell just terrible run hotel
