I like the accommodations, some of the younger staff were excellent and had good customer service that made me feel welcomed there....

The older staff especially the manager Mr.Jimmy he is rude not professional, very off putting I had a situation that happened during Christmas week and we all settled it no problem he seen it himself.... when he did not want me there no more after paying to stay there to more weeks after that situation happened when I tried to speak with him over the phone about why I couldn't rent he told me he doesn't want to talk about stay the rest of your time there told if you bring it up again he would call the police and I would leave that day.... horrible person and there and all the older staff there are just rude, battle axes I'm a disabled veteran and I would not recommend staying there unless they do something drastic to some of the older employees and the rude sassy manager jimmy

"Hey Baymont!"

Breakfast had warm items...waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Size of room and bathroom was nice. Staff tried hard to make the check-in and stay easy and comfortable.

$100 deposit for the room seems outrageous. Somewhat noisy at late hour. Dog was present and barking. Cleaner came by early to determine check out time (could & should do that at check-in)

Friendly ladies working premises. Great breakfast! Great location from all important and fun attractions! Only complaint they complained about my daughter sensory speaker. They said it was too loud but we never got complaints before.

Rachel was great, so was the other man at the desk … I’m sure my kids drove them crazy 😂 great breakfast.

Breakfast ended before 10 even on weekends, but it was good variety of food.
