i just don't like out door entry

I've stayed at this property a lot over the years (about 7 years now). They don't seem to be putting any funds into upkeep so it's getting a bit worn. I had a small issue at check in with the night clerk announcing my room number loudly in a lobby with multiple people. it's a safety issue for me and I did let him know politely that it wasn't ok. The morning clerk was very nice and said she'd let management know.

The front desk lady was great but the sink was dirty and the bathroom shower caddy fell and shampoo and conditioner holder fell in the middle of the night. The exhaust in the bathroom didn’t work. The the morning of check out about 8:45-9am someone opened the door and we were still sleeping in bed.

I liked absolutely nothing! They took a deposit without notifying me and then didn’t return my deposit. I had to wait a total of 10+ business days to get a deposit back

They didn’t notify me of the deposit. Rooms smell like animals. And the front desk staff was very rude

There are some unenthusiastic reviews but I found it very much met expectations. I didn't pay for the Ritz, I paid for a clean room with comfy bed & shower & breakfast & got it.

The room was very nice, cable, coffee, fridge and ironing board. The bed was comfortable and the hot water in the shower was great!

Old & Dated , furniture in poor condition

Toilet needs to be bolted down.
