Disappointing stay at Quality Inn Oxford Anniston I-20. Uncomfortable room [there have a computer there for client that is to old and dosen't work at all], and breakfast left much to be desired. Wouldn't recommend for a relaxing stay.

Old service items in the breakfast area. Guess I'll go buy a coffee......

I like that the bed was comfortable and it was okay with the cleanliness , it was also very close to food places so you have that access even late at night because of the Wendy's or the Waffle House

however whoever forgot to clean the refrigerator forgot to throw away the previous people's food in the refrigerator and the heat or air would not stay on the air conditioning unit seem as though it needed servicing, other than that it was comfortable and okay for one night stay maybe even a weekend

Used PayPal to pay online. They said my card was declined. That’s impossible. Still used the same card to pay. Room was dirty with stains on bed covers and sheets. Hairs on toilet. Couch pillows on the bed. No breakfast available.

Employee was asleep and hard to wake up upon arrival. Room was not that clean. They recycle room card sleeves which is kind of gross

Nothing. Very small and cramped room, for a King Suite.

I was charged a 40.00 deposit 2 days later. I asked at check in if my card would be charged, and was told no. I left the room as I found it. No damages. Why did I get charged 2 days later? I suggest no one uses this property for a booking. The are deceptive.
