The staff were very welcoming and helpful during my stay. The suite room was amazing with plenty of space with a living room, office, bedroom and dressing area. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh, and flavorful. The rooms and public spaces are also very clean.

Avoid This Hyatt at all costs If you enjoy being treated with open hostility by staff who clearly despise any.form of hospitality then this is the hotel for you. My recent stay was an absolute train wreck from start to finish, marking the single worst experience I have ever had with the Hyatt brand. Unprofessional and Bizarre The "hospitality" began with a phone call from the airport regarding the shuttle, where I was met with immediate attitude. It only got weirder upon arrival. I was checked in by a male clerk who was too busy sucking on and licking a lollipop to speak clearly. To say it was unprofessional is an understatement; it was frankly revolting. The Room & The Attitude Despite my booking, i was dumped into an accessible room. When I politely asked if there had been a mistake, the female clerk snapped, "It’s the last room. If you don’t like it, go elsewhere." When I pointed out that I had already paid, her colleague jumped in with a smug, "That’s what happens when you book third-party." They then proceeded to completely ignore me when I noted that my confirmation didn't specify an accessible room.The tlevel of condescension was staggering. This hotel is more like a kennel The "rest" I was hoping for ended at 5:00 AM, thanks to the sound of dogs barking incessantly in the hallway. Between the filth, the noise, and the staff's "customer-last" policy, this property is a disgrace. Bottom Line: I have stayed here three times in the past, but I will never return. With dozens of superior hotels near DFW in the same price range, there is zero reason to subject yourself to this level of neglect. Save your money and your sanity—stay anywhere else and stay away from this debacle as expected I haven’t stop scratching since I left
