"A gem in Grapevine"

A pleasant surprise. The staff was extremely accommodating and exceeded my expectations. There was a warmth and professionalism that I don’t typically see with large hotel chains. They were friendly while still professional and the facilities were clean/comfortable. And as a shopping fiend, the mall across the street was just the cherry on top

"Great place to have a meeting!"

The location is very convenient. Meeting room is large and nice. Staff and meeting coordinator were accommodating, and very responsive. Rooms were clean, as well as the rest of the property. While the property does need a bit of an update, it was cimfortable, priced well and we all enjoyed both our event and our stay!

"Increible hotel por precio y cercanía al aeropuerto"

en realidad todo en este hotel supero mis expectativas , por el precio puedo decir que vale muchísimo la pena, el servicio rápido de recogida en aeropuerto con un buen autobús y a muy poca distancia si necesitas estar cerca del aeropuerto, tener a unos pasos un centro comercial donde puedes encontrar todo lo que necesites y con restaurantes. definitivamente no pudo ser mejor y sin duda me volvería a quedar a mi siguiente estancia

"wont stay again."

pool was clean. breakfast was good.

our door to our room did NOT lock. you could push it open at anytime. the toilet ran the entire time. the shower would take 15-20 min to heat up to warm.
