Springhill Suites by Marriott Chicago Elmhurst Oakbrook Area

Staff was great. Especially Gina. Pool was large and clean. Everything functioned in the rooms. Overall a great experience.

Room was good. Would stay again. It was not noisy like some hotels. Staffs would be moving things around on carts and you couldn't sleep. I was on the 1st floor and heard nothing. Good hotel.

Had no bad experience. But would have loved to had GRITS for breakfast 😋

Overnight stop here on the way south on the I65 Was easy to get to from OHare and easy freeway access Rooms were a little older but more than good enough as well. Parking was very easy and plenty of it. Arrived quite late and the staff advised us of locations for food which was good. Overall an okay over nighter

Breakfast and pool

The staff working there were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious and comfortable.

The bathroom was small and there was no sink in it as well. The shower felt like sandpaper.

The staff was exceptional! Everyone from the reception area to the housekeepers were smiling and friendly! I was overwhelmed by the kindness of Gina who seemed to work 24 hours a day but was never without a smile and kind word. The best staff of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The breakfast was also wonderful with lots of choices!

The room itself needed refreshing. The toilet room also held the shower and was so small you couldn’t sit on the toilet and open or close the door and Ive never liked the sink in the bedroom.

Comfortable room

Breakfast ....milk decomposed . I checked expire date surprised me look like the milk was out refrigerator for long time.⁹
