Hotel Simone

No water pressure in sink. Shower was fine. Lighting in bathroom was very poor. Had to plug lamp in for it to work as thffe switch was broken off. Coffee machine was expresso only.

What a great hotel! Unique and beautifully appointed rooms with an electic style. Walkable lo lots of restaurants and bars. Bikes on site for a quick pedal into town. Beach is one block away and easily accessible. staff is so nice and welcoming. Simple complimentary breakfast in morning. Lots of great vibes and artwork to enjoy throughout. Check it out you will not be disappointed! Thanks for a great stay!

The room was great, and the people were very nice and welcoming.

The rooms are very worn and have stained rugs, chipped walls and the floors are dirty. The visual of existing footprints on the vinyl flooring was terrible. The light fixtures were a mismatch of cool white LEDS and warm white LEDS. The hotel lobby area and the three different rooms that I was shown all needed a refresh and a deep clean. The final straw was the breakfast that was served the next morning. It opened at 7am and I was the first guest to arrive at 7am. The bad coffee was in a dirty pot and the eggs, grits and biscuits were all cold! That was the final straw as I packed up and checked out 2 days early. I have asked for the hotel manager to call me but the only response I received was a generic hotel guest survey. The lack of customer care at this hotel is obvious from the dirty and worn out conditions of the rooms to the hotel management. Not worth the price of $300/night before taxes and fees! I would expect more from a budget motel.

Great location to walk or bike to things. Comfortable, funky beach hotel. Could borrow bikes on site. Great staff.

Breakfast was limited, needs upgrades (like better sweeteners than the pink stuff). Can be a little noisy.

Great location & room was so large So clean & smelled very clean as soon as you walked in. Staff was wonderful & so friendly.

This is a very nice property & convenient to the beach & downtown. Free bike rentals The downside was no cleaning of the room for 3 nights. Also the beach umbrellas had no poles so pretty much useless
