Hotel Simone

The main reason we picked this hotel was that it received better reviews than the King and Prince Resort and advertised that a reciprocal agreement in using the pool and beach at said resort existed. Upon check in @Hotel Simone I asked for verification of this and was told to my utter shock that the King and Prince were under new management and they couldn’t substantiate this. Wow! Hotel Simone needs to keep their website current and transparent. Staff was very nice but unfortunately the breakfast was lacking so dined elsewhere—-eggs were lukewarm at best. We did enjoy dining/happyhour@brewery next door but fave spots for dinner were Sal’s Pizzeria and Nest—both excellent.

Cute lobby, bright prints on furniture or wallpaper.

Seemed old and not kept up. Shower head had calcium build up, bathroom fixtures were rusting, sleeper sofa was the worst!

Very nice, unique place to stay. Staff was very nice and restaurants and beach are in walking distance. First trip to St Simons Island but will return.

Got in a little late but Angel was so accommodating and kind! Such a comfortable room! Will definitely come back and stay!

Staff is very friendly, the hotel is extremely cute, my hotel bathroom wasn’t clean (hair on floor, q-tips in the trashcan). They came back and cleaned it - I just felt it need a really good cleaning. Behind door in bathroom & etc. Toilet would stick when flushed once. They said they fixed the issue but it still kept happening. The restaurants were in walking distance, but nothing stays open past 9:30 - like I said, the hotel is very cute, we may have just had a bad room.
