The room was very cool with a nice spiral staircase heading up to the king bed. The staff was really nice and the location was perfect.

We were on the 4th floor because that's where they had the type of room we wanted.. The button on the 4th floor elevator was smashed out making getting up there somewhat difficult.

"All stated above. Obviously , the owners do not care about updating the facility."

Sliding door to balcony was off track or something, barely able to open, refrigerator door broke, carpets dirty in room , and stairway was awful, dirty, duct taped on edges. Toilet would not flush properly, water stayed in shower. I used other bathroom downstairs and most toilets were clogged.

"Came in clutch to miss the storm but really needs upgraded"

The food was ok, stagg was really friendly and helpful

The water came out brown. Pillows were very flat and old. Was not very clean and it needs updated real bad.
