"Excellent value considering everything!"

The view of Camelback from our balcony was awesome! The staff was laid-back. The facilities and room were clean.

Couldn't find towels near the pool. One elevator is broken, and the writing one is fairly slow with many of the floor indication lights out. I would live to see the pool open later. This is common in hotels and I don't understand why. They don't have to pay a lifeguard or anything!

I liked our balcony/view. The room was comfortable. The building was clean and staff were very friendly.

The prices of the meals were outrageous for the quality and taste. Didn’t like that there was no microwave in the room. There was only one ice machine in the building that barely worked. Only one elevator was running and was very slow. I didn’t like that the guests could drink alcohol and party throughout the building.

I liked the proximity of the facility to camelback mountain.

Rooms need to be renovated. Very run down walls, ceilings, doors, dresser, lamps. Bathroom needs a total update.
