Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. I think a lot of the waiting staff were new, so drinks etc took a little while to come when in the bar area, but other than that service was very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was tasty and views from the restaurant lovely over the bay. Room well appointed.
Newly refurbished, the hotel was excellent in every way. Friendly, helpful staff, delicious food, amazing views out across the harbour, lots of areas, both indoors and outside, where you could spend time. Inviting outdoor swimming pool with outdoor showers and toilets and lots of areas to sunbathe and relax. Easy to get about the island, either by taxi, bus or walking along the coast. Lots of cafes and restaurants to choose from each day. Can’t recommend highly enough as a holiday destination.
Everything was better than expected , we had a free superior room upgrade and from the day we arrived it felt very special .
Overall good...will go back anytime. ONE major problem was the renovations to the hotel rooms that were taking place....plenty "builders" noise from early in the morning. BAR....average....not really a bar as such...more like a hotel lounge. There also needs to be a better "bar" menu catering for people wanting "burgers" etc as the restaurant menu does not cater for people wanting "light" cost efficient meals. Thankfully there are plenty good restaurants all within 10 minutes walk of the Hotel..

Our 3 night stay was absolutely amazing. The hotel is in a beautiful location overlooking the harbour. The staff were amazing and so friendly,an asset to the hotel is Kevin the porter who is also an official guide for Jersey, hes knowledge and enthusiasm is 110%. Ges promised us a tour when we return, and we will.

Everyone and everything was great about the hotel it was beautiful and very clean. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful. The food was lovely and always served with a beautiful smile. The view from our room was amazing I would recommend it to anyone
