J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel le 27 février 2026 et j’ai déjà laissé un avis concernant ce séjour. Suite à une erreur de date lors de ma réservation sur Booking.com, une réservation est restée enregistrée pour le 27 mars 2026. Pourtant, je n’ai évidemment pas séjourné à l’hôtel à cette date. Malgré cela, j’ai été facturée et l’on me demande aujourd’hui d’évaluer un séjour… auquel je n’ai jamais participé. Cherchez l’erreur. Désolé pour ceux qui cherchent un avis pour cet hôtel

J’ai fait une erreur de date lors de ma réservation (2 chambres pour 4 personnes). Le séjour prévu était le 27 février 2026, mais la réservation initiale a été faite par erreur pour le 27 mars 2026. Je m’en suis rendu compte très rapidement et j’ai immédiatement modifié la réservation pour reprendre le même hôtel aux bonnes dates. Malgré cela, j’ai été facturée deux fois. Après plusieurs échanges avec l’hôtel et avec Booking, aucune solution n’a été proposée et aucun geste commercial n’a été accordé. Je trouve cela très décevant, d’autant plus que je suis cliente Genius sur Booking. Un minimum de compréhension et de service client aurait été apprécié dans ce type de situation. Je reste dans l’attente d’une solution ou d’un geste commercial au regard des circonstances.

The rooftop pool and bar is really the best thing of the hotel, so make sure to use it :)

The room was very small (we had a room with 2 beds), felt very cramped and dark.

Rooms are comfortable and really clean. It was easy to park in front of the hotel.

Heel kleinschalig hotel met in de kamers zeker nog werkpunten. Bijvoorbeeld douchestraal is heel beperkt, behangpapier dat loshangt aan de muren,…

Room was modern, clean, staff was friendly. Free pastries, coffee, and potable water (hot/cold) 24/7 was a nice touch. Location easy walk to restaurants, beach, and Puerto Morales attractions.

Not the fault of the hotel, but a restaurant/bar a block or two away had LOUD, LOUD, LOUD 90s hard-rock cover bands playing every night until close to midnight. I was there on Fri/Sat nights. I had the windows closed, earplugs in, and a pillow over my head and still couldn't sleep. If you want to stay out late on weekend nights, or you can sleep with noise, this is a fine place. Light sleepers should avoid.
