Areia Boutique Hotel - Puerto Morelos

Staff were polite and helpful.

The room felt cramped. There was a balcony in one corner but it didn't give any light to the room. The hotel is a couple of streets away from the action (such as it is in January).

Comfortable beds and a spacious modern bathroom. In a central location, just a few minutes away from the main plaza and the restaurants. Beautiful view from the swimming pool on the terrace.

Sheets were dirty at the bottom, as if somebody put their suitcases on them. We flagged this on the first day, but they were never changed. The room had a moist smell when the balcony door was kept closed. In general, we would have expected a higher quality.

Le bruit de la musique jusqu’a minuit, pas de parking prive, oblige de se garer dans la rue.

I loved the location. Close to the beach, restaurants, centro, groceries, etc. I loved listening to the live bands from my balcony. And the sea view!!! I was grateful for tge safe in tge room.

I loved the live bands from my balcony, but it would be nice if they took alternating breaks do the music didn't overlap.
