Great property. Lots of room. Beautiful views of the creek.

For the price the room and property was really outdated and could use an upgrade. It reminded me of a horror story setting.

Love the location and private creek and trail access easy parking and variety of condo style villas fully furnished and equipped for relaxing stress free comfortable stays with family also nice perk of on site restaurant

Decor and ambiance

Our room was absolutely incredible nice,clean and comfortable and the property was well maintained. The restaurant was very good and our waitress was excellent however the bartender was completely rude unfriendly and dismissive which kind of killed our little vacation vibe but thankfully the rest of the staff was awesome and the food was delicious, wish there was more choices on the menu but the risotto was unbelievable.

It’s 50 individually owned properties that make up the resort. For the price I paid, I would expect it to be clean but it wasn’t. Very dusty and bathroom shower floor was slimy, I wore shoes because I felt floors hadn’t been cleaned. I did like my sister and I had our own bedroom and bathroom but beds didn’t even have fitted sheets so it would come off the bed and get tangled under you. I liked it was 20 minutes from town but I would not stay again. Upstairs bedroom and bathroom had ants. Thick dust on ceiling fans . Major disappointment

Quiet setting convenient to many local attractions.

This is not your typical hotel/motel. Stayed 5/11/25, coming from South Carolina.. Beautiful interior with 2 fireplaces, large deck and creek views. Midway between Sedona and Flagstaff. Quiet and restful. Will always stay here in the future.
