My husband and I had a great stay. Room was so clean.

Great location - central to many shopping and eating options, and close to the Air Force Museum. Majors like Home Depot, Target, Aldi's are all within 5 minutes of the hotel. Tons of restaurants within that same radius. Room was clean, halls were quiet by 9PM, and room was stocked adequately to prep simple meals. Breakfast had a good variety, especially considering it's included with the room. I'm a basic guy, so I was all about plain oats, eggs (hard boiled or scrambled), and black coffee but there are other offerings including several juices, milks, and two types of breakfast entrees (ham/cheese croissants, quiche, etc). Fruits and coffee are offered all day. No major complaints, but if there is one nit, it'd be the choice to supply plastic cooking utensils. Sometimes hard to deglaze with those, but I made it work. Tip if you're into streamlining your experience: install the Marriott Bonvoy app to check in, use your device as a room key, and check out.

The hotel was illequipped for people to actually stay there. The rooms booked were not available and they blamed it on 3rd party booking companies such as hotels.com or Expedia etc. The pool was closed due to the staff not being able to figure out the chemicals. The entire stat was highly disappointing.

Everything was great except the bed. It was awful. We drove in to see family and were already tired and didn’t inform the front desk. My wife slept on the sofa. The manager said she could not do anything to help, when we checked out due to it being Expedia paying them. Otherwise she would have comped the room for the issue.

My wife and I stayed here for one night while we visited the Air Force Museum. Jennifer at the desk was most welcoming and friendly. She was ready to recommend restaurants to us. The room was clean and very, very comfortable. As a suite, it was great having a separate bedroom because my wife gets up long before me allowing me to sleep in undisturbed. Frankly, as someone who usually stays at more budget friendly hotels (this was a treat for Christmas), this was a beautiful step up. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cooking implements. The heating/cooling system is thermostatically controlled so theres no loud fan sound coming from under the window (with the cool or warm air being blocked by the curtains). I do, however, wish that there would be full size coffee makers in hotels. If you're concerned with the environment, you may be disappointed to find that every coffee "pod" is its own filter in plastic. That leads to a great deal of unnecessary waste. Aside from that this is a great and comfortable place to stay. It would be great for an extended stay. While they have a breakfast every morning, I can't speak to its quality. We slept in until it was over. However, Jennifer gave it two thumbs up and said that, for a hotel breakfast, it's really good. And pay attention to the light switches for the dressing room mirror. Due to some confusion over that, maintenance visited. It's easy operation, I just didn't put the required thought into it, lol.

Great Stay. Recommend highly for people with small dogs. Got a room next to the back exit where the dog walk was and where I could park my truck and not have to walk my dog through the lobby, she is small and sometimes barks at people. This is my new stop from visiting my son in NC on my way back to Chicago, Mark, Naperville
