Really like staying there

Rooms are fine for a business stay. Carpets could use a cleaning but overall rooms were as to be expected, ok for a quick trip. That being said, the front desk and supervising staff were disappointing. We had booked multiple rooms for our company and the front desk staff was unwilling to provide assistance. Any confusion we may have asked for clarification on regarding payment, rooms, etc. was met with combative and rude explanations with no recommendations or solutions. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in a group. The staff isn't prepared to handle any questions you may have to best support your team.

I really loved the staff; they were all super kind and welcoming! Definitely a ten out of ten!

The entire hotel smacks of CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP. The kitchen is woefully inadequate in any of the basics to make a meal (husband has dietary restrictions so we stay at RI so we have a kitchen with the basics to prepare a meal) Among other things, this RI decided that toasters are no. longer supplied, even if you ask for them. We needed a toaster (always provided at other RIs) but told NOPE. NO toasters for anyone. The complimentary breakfast, while never great, found ways to dilute and cheapen the already pretty basic low end breakfast buffet. We have a 2 bed 2 bath unit we are sharing with other couple, but only one small table is supplied with only 2 chairs that are obviously not the chairs that go with the table. A 2bd/2bath unit implies there will be more than 2 people in the room and in the past, a bigger table and 4 chairs have always been provided..but this property and its run down, and inadequate furnishings wants to be extreme cost cutting while charging premium prices.

Enjoyed our short stay.

Location and availability. Everything was wonderful, I will definitely stay there again.
