"Updates in need"

My husband likes to stay at Marriott hotels so we chose this one when our daughter graduated from law school. The room was not cheap and we rented several for out of town family. The location is good and surrounded with shopping and restaurants. Our room was a tad noisy from the road outside. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable. We got a handicap accessible room, not sure why, but the bathroom was very shabby looking. Rooms need updated. My niece had no light in her bathroom. For the price Iโ€™ve stayed at much nicer places.

Hotel staff were very friendly. The room and hotel was clean and comfortable. Located in a very safe area by a nice mall, many restaurants and stores close by. We wanted to be close to the Air Force Museum so Beavercreek was an ideal place to stay.

Nicole at the front desk was amazing during check-in on Friday afternoon! The room just seemed a bit run down and underwhelming. Needed more toilet paper on Saturday morning, called the front desk to ask for more after looking everywhere in the room for more. The lady at the desk rushed to get me off the phone and told me that the cleaning staff was busy and I could come to the desk and get some or would have to wait if I wanted it brought to the room. Seemed very short.
