Vast, well maintained property and well decorated rooms. All facilities were as listed in the description

Had a good breakfast spread, however there was one person who was not ready to provide additional items while serving and was quite rude.

Nice big comfortable rooms, the bathrooms are in need of a touch up. Looks a bit worn out, same goes for the spa area. Spa is lovely but needs updating in the changing rooms, so cramped. Good Gym facilities. For the price I paid I wasn't expecting spectacular so was happy with the service, room and facilities on offer.

Breakfast was chaotic, it was in the hallway, didn't think this was very hygienic. We weren't shown to a table and I had to ask for tea and coffee. Also wasn't told we could get porridge until I saw a menu on another table. Didn't give off 4* hotel to me. Room wasn't ready when we arrived and to have dinner there it is very expensive.

Lovely hotel, great service

Rations at breakfast, only allowed one hash brown, although I didn't have other items - no sausage or beans. This doesn't seem to make sense

All good but breakfast not as good as it was before it became a buffet
