Night out at Nailcote Hall to see tribute act Stephen James as Frankie Valley . Absolutely brilliant, we all had a great night food good and thank you to the resident D J wonderful as usual thanks Franco

We had a warm welcome from Dylan, and Brad at the bar was exceptionally helpful. The room needed refurbishing, especially the shower room, which was fairly dire tbh. E.g. flaking rusty paint on towel rail, no mixer tap and very hot water, only an overhead shower…… I used the pool……very run down, but lovely and warm. The 3 course set menu offered good choices and we very much enjoyed it. Breakfast was ok…..we both chose an omelette which wasn’t particularly well made tbh, (eggs not properly mixed, omelette not folded as one usually has in a hotel, and my husband’s was burnt), but the croissants were delicious. We had paid weeks before, through Secret Escapes, and I paid for our dinner drinks before exiting the restaurant. As we were driving out, Reception called, saying we hadn’t paid. I pulled over, and explained, but didn’t get an apology. Hence the 3 stars. Would have been 4.

Mooie locatie, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ruime kamer.

Kamer naast branddeur die telkens met luide knal dichtslaat wanneer iemand passeert... Badkamer verouderd, in een badkuip moeten stappen om te douchen is niet meer van deze tijd.

The room was beautiful, really lovely atmosphere and excellent size. The location is equally as lovely, the staff were very pleasant and super accommodating. Have stayed before and will visit again.

Can not fault the hotel or staff - it has a personable feel and I would highly recommend.

Beautiful old building full of character. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. We were hosting a business event there and they were very ameanable and the food was good.

We were there the same weekend as Crufts so there were some very cute dogs that barked a lot.Not the hotels fault though !

Super room with doors to outside areas. Excellent pool and quiet during my stay.

Breakfast was ok but was a served buffet style; previously it has been made to order which I much prefer.
