Breakfast wasnt served until 08:00, which meant we had to have a continental breakfast, this was nice but a cooked option, bacon roll, sausage sandwhich would have helped start the day with a coffee.

The location was great. We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was really good !

The beds were very firm and not comfortable

We are staying at Nailcote Hall and wanted to say that DJ Frankie was absolutely brilliant. He made everyone feel welcome from the moment he started and really created a fantastic atmosphere throughout the evening. He played a huge part in making the night special for so many people. A real asset to Nailcote Hall – thank you, Frankie, for a great night!

We are currently staying at Nailcote Hall Hotel and have to say that Mya and Charlotte have been absolutely amazing. Despite being so young, they have been nothing short of attentive, caring, and professional throughout our stay, especially towards my disabled sister. Their kindness and willingness to help have made a real difference to our experience. We came to watch the ABBA tribute show and have had a lovely time. While the rooms could do with some updating and improvement, the outstanding service from Mya and Charlotte more than made up for it. They are a real credit to the hotel and should be recognised for the excellent job they do. Thank you both for making our stay so enjoyable.”

Hotel is tired and needs some refurbishment, price of food & drink was expensive

Good location for access to the NEC. Room was in an annex, clean & comfortable, but distant from the parking & external access only.

Noise from the event being held at the hotel, though we requested a quiet room. Breakfast was OK but could have improved the way it was served.

Large hotel in nice countryside with a 9 hole par 3 golf course. Hotel itself is in need of an upgrade and the room felt like it hadn’t been touched in a decade. Creaky floors and doors and old furniture. It was clean and there is plenty of parking onsite. WiFi in the room was virtually unusable and I had to use the conference room downstairs for a video call. The gym is a small windowless room with very old equipment and the steam room was very dated. The pool looked ok. I ate in the bar, £22 for a chicken burger and it was very average. I’d say it’s ok at a push to stay there for work as long as you don’t have too high expectations. I paid £130 room only
