Extended Stay America Suites - Auburn Hills - University Drive

The hotel was dirty. People loitering outside hotel. The room was messy, stain on bed, debris and bug under air conditioner and counters were messy. Wall paint chipping. We checked in and checked out that same day and switched hotels. Do not recommend for the price even not worth it!

The room was not clean

Could not find front desk help she is outside in her car on the phone or couldn’t found at all

We booked a room that slept 5, for 5 of us. They gave us a room that slept two. After spending 45 minutes in the lobby. As staff tried to figure out how to figure out what rooms were open and had been cleaned. To the point they had to physically check to see if rooms were clean. They then made us take a room that slept 4 people. Needless to say it was a very uncomfortable night even after we got a new room.

It was a perfect way to end the night with my wife we work right up the street at the hospital so it was perfect and very convenient and relaxing.

Cheap and good enough for a one night stay

The Wi-Fi was horrible and at 8am someone tried opening our door while we were sleeping luckily we have the dead bolt locked and I never seen a breakfast.

Black mold all around the bathtub in BOTH rooms.. not able to shower Supposed to have a grab and go breakfast beginning at 6:30am.. coffee only this morning Asked for bedding twice for pull out cough.. when our family arrived back at almost 1am with kids, bedding had not come and had to wait an additional 20 minutes before my husband had to go down and get it Possible mouse feces on appliances Leftover hair and grime all over bathroom surfaces Holes in furniture Overwhelming smell of marijuana lobby Took pictures of everything Contacted property with no response
