Extended Stay America Suites - Auburn Hills - University Drive

First we get there and the desk top computer doesn’t work so he has to check me in on his phone. Then the room was so dirty it was ridiculous… the white towels were dirty or stained…

Comfortable.

The young kid at the front desk didn't seem to care to speak to me.

Staff was friendly and helpful rooms were clean and well maintained

Not what I was expecting. Run down and not very clean. There were some sketchy people in the parking lot and hanging around the hotel. Wont stay at an extended stay again.

My wife and I stayed 2 nights at this Extended Care, and definitely will not return for a number of reasons. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing. There was coffee, granola bars, tiny packaged muffins and instant oatmeal. Thankfully there was a Starbucks minutes away. The entrance at the westerly end of the building was constantly propped open - so much for security. The room included a "kitchen" which was a fridge, microwave and counter top elements, but no pots, pans, dishes or cutlery. The kitchen floor was sticky. The carpet did not appear to have been vacuumed. Several of the light fixtures did not work (on/off buttons not functioning). Finally, it was noisy at night. Doors were slamming throughout the night.

Staff was MOSTLY friendly.

Room was dirty. Bathtub was dirty.

Very helpful, spacious and clean.

The room number we were given already had a tenant when we tried to enter the room. Went to front desk and the receptionist was nice enough to correct that issue by giving us another room. This room however was not cleaned by housekeeping and still had towels on the floor from the previous tenant. The room had a chemical smell to it and felt dated and overall we did not feel comfortable enough to stay. The receptionist was very polite at the time we went so there's that.

I don’t like the room. The bathroom is dirty the kitchen no work and Dirty dirty
