The surrounding area was nice

The staff were rude, and got upset that I would not have to pay a pet fee, since I had services dog. They then tried to tell me ems dogs do not count as protected pets. They harassed us on the second day saying there was a smell, and then denied future stays by saying the smell was caused by us, and the dogs.

Kd was awesome. He was very pleasant quick with check-in didn't have any problems. He explained everything's very well. No communication issues.

I love this property because it’s always so decent in there and quite usually clean

The room wasn’t up to par this time tv screen was blue room didn’t feel comfortable every time I pay on line I have to end up paying again when I’m there
