The staff was very helpful and gracious which is more customer service than I'm used to getting anywhere these days; keep up the good work.

The cost of the rooms isn't commensurate with the area it's located in, nor should the price include anything less than full, hot, breakfast bar. My last issue is the cost of the washing facility; $4 per load regardless of size and they don't accept cash or coin.
