It was too hot in room for Texas.

Staff was terrible showed favoritism to certain guest it's ran more like a family home instead of a actual business

Looked good from outside First room had lots of active roaches , dirty bathroom, floors were sticky We were given another room that evening.

Roaches dead in second room, on the floors and in the sink Bathroom looked clean but it had sticky black stuff on countertops and roaches in sinks it was too late to move to another hotel that night, had a hospital patient with me, he was too tired to be moved again.

Customer service was terrible. After I was told I could check in late, that there would be someone at the front desk that would help me and check me in. I got there after 1am and they would not check me in. I spent $40-$45 for round trip uber. $100 for a room i didn't get to stay in. Wasted $200 and my whole evening. Very unsatisfied and would/will not recommend extended stay to anyone.

It was a very bad experience. The receptionist was very disrespectful and racist. I am Hispanic and she treated me very badly. The chain had to check who they hired as an employee.

The place looked ok but once we got in the room ... OMG it was stinky. The room smelled like an old ashtray. Not to mention not very clean. Also found dirty socks in the room. A dirty spoon bent and burnt with some previous tenets drugs on it. There was no trash cans in the room. Needless to say if I hadn't already paid with a gift card and couldn't get a refund. I would have not stayed . The only halfway decent thing was the nice big screen TV. That would have been 100 if it has wifi connected to it. Also was charged for WiFi that never did work. Have to say a real bad experience.b
