I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of, which made my stay very relaxing. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff truly stood out. Gerri and Brandi were especially kind, professional, and attentive—they made sure everything I needed was handled and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Their positive attitude and great customer service really made a difference. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

"Won't Ever Stay there again11😡"

The Extended Stay in Wilmington/Newark was terrible. Desk staff nice! The place smelled like stale cigarettes in the halls and rooms. The so called kitchen was terrible, mold, drawers missing. Cooking element was greasy! I would cook anything on it. People sitting outside either drunk or drugs. When closing room door big gaps in door where hall light shined in. Cigarettes burn holes in windows curtains! We just stayed one night went to a better hotel. Staff were nice but need to be more professional and neatly dressed. A couple of workers appeared like they just rolled out of bed for work. I
