Miss Gerri and her morning staff and night staff are amazing. Ms.Gerri does an amazing job as far as getting what you need making sure everything is situated with your room. I love Miss Jerry. She does an amazing job and I’m happy that she works here. I’m happy that her morning crew does an amazing job because they make things run smoothly here. they treat everyone like family here. The atmosphere is cool and welcoming. They are an amazing crew and deserve more recognition!

"Never again and would NOT recommend"

The front desk person was very nice and the bed was comfortable

It had snowed 3 days earlier and the parking lot had not been plowed. The automatic doors for handicap were not functioning. The floors throughout the hotel were filthy, the room we had smelled horrible and the condition of the room was terrible. Booking.com should be more careful with the types of hotels they promote!
