There was nothing to like

The place was filthy our room had clearly not been cleaned floors were sticky and dirty there bathroom was disgusting we had to leave

The staff was nice.

Upon arriving at our hotel, we found a completely uncleaned hotel room. Floors covered in dirt, cigarette burned furniture, urine-filled toilet and urine-covered toilet seat, dirty bathtub floor, an overwhelming stench of pet urine and stale cigarette smoke, and what appeared to be a used sex toy in the bedside table. Upon requesting that at least the toilet be cleaned, we were told that there was no staff available to clean our room and all the rooms were currently filled. We were offered cleaning supplies which we took, but upon further consideration and finding loose pubic hair, we decided to check out and seek lodging elsewhere for our own health and safety. This room was also misrepresented as a queen bed studio, while this bed was clearly a full size bed.
