The young lady who checked us in and heard our complaints as we left within minutes after seeing our accommodation and the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. She was the best part of the entire property.

Whole building smelled of cigarette smoke from the time you entered to the elevator, hallway and room.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and understanding.

People was smoking weed outside of the property trash in the parking lot smell back in the hotel had my allergies acting up. The room wasn’t clean at all bed not bed trash on table tv people stuff in the room.

Beds were comfortable

Rooms were dirty. Shower leaky. Kitchen gross. Walls and ceilings stained. Carpet sticky and disgusting. No equipment or utensils or anything else in kitchen. No coffee. Breakfast non-existent. Hallways very dirty.

I had booked this trip for us for the weekend of May 23, 2026 to celebrate my son‘s college graduation. The photographs I had seen online through a different website looked beautiful and the reviews were very good. When we got to this hotel the best thing I could say is, it was the most disgusting place I’ve ever been to. The door handles on the entrance to our unit and the bathroom door handles were not sufficient, I had to hold my foot against the bathroom door to keep it closed while I did my business. The first room we were given, was not clean at all, the towels have been used, that was unmade, and there was food all over the place. I requested a second room. We got the second room and all they had done was put clean sheets on the bed and fresh towels in the closet. The bathtub had not been cleaned for what looks like weeks. There was mold growing everywhere, and there was a lot of chewing gum in the corner, a lovely touch. Fecal matter, not my own, adorned the walls of the toilet. The carpeting had abstain that I couldn’t tell if it was blood or wine or sauce or something else. The carpeting had not been vacuumed, there was dirt everywhere, including leaves on my side of the bed. For context, the windows have been closed, and I didn’t wear my shoes past the front entrance of our room. The refrigerator had dirt and grime all through it, and there was dirt and grime on the floor in front of the refrigerator. Pieces of hardened chicken were inside the microwave, and there were wine, stains all over the countertops. One of the barstools had a giant rip in it. The place had not been dusted, there was at least an inch of dust inside our room. The sink had clearly not been touched in weeks as well, as there was hardened toothpaste on the sink itself, in addition to the countertop. This place smelled like urine and smoke. The front desk was no help, when I asked for assistance in getting the room cleaned properly, I was told they wouldn’t clean it for 16 days. I said this place is disgusting and the girl behind the counter just shrugged. Worse, my dad was staying at the same hotel and he was given the runaround about his reservation as well. The front desk clerk refused to assist him. This man is a veteran of the United States army and was given the worst attitude by the front desk clerk. One of the managers came down to assist and finally they got a room, also not clean. We made the best of it over three days, but in all honesty, we will be very happy to never spend another night in this horrible, disgusting thing called a hotel. I could go on, but I think what I’ve said is quite sufficient. Additionally, I have multiple photographs showing that the curtains were coming off of the rod and could not be put back up properly, there was dust on the walls and dust on the ceiling. The shower curtain also had mold over it. Whoever is collecting money for this hotel should be ashamed of themselves, it needs to be completely revamped. Don’t get me started about the hallway, and everything else. Next time I book a room in the area, it’s going to be at a hotel where I want to walk through first before I actually book the place. Save yourself the trouble, heartache, your hard earned money, and a three aspirin, headache, and do not stay here.

Mattress was comfortable

Pillows were not comfortable at all. Crack in the porcelain of the toilet, smoke detector hanging off the wall and plug to hairdryer was dangerously cracked open near water spout. Room was very dated with stains all over the carpet.

Location

No desk help. They would leave at the end of their shift and no one else showed up for hours. Dirty towels. Trash overflowing. Very skimpy breakfast. Had to leave the room keys laying on the front desk because no one was available to check out.

If I could give a 0 i would . Employees are helpless and look miserable. Would never consider hiring somebody who looks like that & acts the way she does. Cancelled my reservation without notice . Drove 3 hours just for them to not have any rooms available and claimed they have been overbooked all day. Why wait til 10pm to notify someone with a reservation? Claims she COULD refund but wasn’t even sure if she charged my card? couldn’t provide a receipt. THEN they tried to charge my card at 12am in their nightly audit, I thought my room was cancelled?
