The Bathtub did not have a stopper, and when I called the front desk, they moved quickly to get it fixed. The GM came in and worked to repair it, but she was unable to at first, but didn't give up; she left and came back shortly later with a fix! I was very grateful for her efforts and quick fix!

Pretty nice ladies at desk.

Room was nasty and super smelly, peephole broken anyone could look and see into your room, bed and sheet were disgusting and dirty. Couch was super filthy and broken. Cockroach found in tub, no type of decent water pressure. Called to ask about couch because we needed pull out bed and second room was just as nasty with a maggot crawling on the bed. We had no choice but to stay there since it was nonrefundable and we were traveling and exhausted but we could not sleep right with smell noises and disgusting room. Also upstairs neighbors were walking around all night making a lot of noise that woke me up all night. Horrible terrible experience. Never again will I book here or anyone associated with them. Sorry I was utterly disappointed and grossed out.
