How easy it was to check in and go straight to sleep... There was no problem with loud noise or anything

I didn't like how I was refused when 50 requesting to extend my stay find out checking in was not supposed to happen employee error and was refused to din or continue staying

Nos quedamos 2 noches y no hubo limpieza de habitación dicen que solo hay limpieza una vez a la semana que no tienen quien limpie entonces si mis sábanas están sucias yo tengo que ir por unas y cambiar mi cama mis toallas como que si no estoy pagando por servicio ya muy mal todo está muy viejo y antiguo.

Excellent location, close to the airport and right next to Ralph’s. The facilities were very comfortable, and I really liked that the room had a kitchen, a refrigerator, and a spacious layout. The front desk staff provided excellent service.

I was not satisfied with the cleanliness. When we arrived, we were assigned room 151, and it smelled like urine as soon as we entered. We requested a room change and were moved to room 161, but the floor was dirty, there was toilet paper under the sink, and there was dust and debris under the beds. Each room had a card stating that it had been inspected by the manager, which was ironic considering the cleanliness left much to be desired. If it weren’t for this issue, my rating would have been five stars. Also, the plates and kitchen utensils must be requested at the front desk—probably to prevent theft—but it was inconvenient.
