Front desk folks were rude and barley there, keys never worked and the place is a dump.

Hotel name is different than actual hotel. Extended Stay, overbooked, didn't have 2 queen beds. No coffee available, elevator sketchy.

Our room smelled of mold / mildew. We were moved to another room, which also smelled bad. One of the worst hotels we've ever stayed at. There seems ample evidence of neglect, damage, and lack of maintenance (see my photos). The halls are dimly lit and smell old & moldy. Despite its "No Smoking" policy and signs threating a $250 fine for smoking, the smell of tobacco smoke permeated the building, including the elevators. Regarding the staff, they argued with me for an hour that they were not obligated to provide me a room with a sofa bed, although my written confirmation stated that I would have one in my room. Originally they tried to give me a room with a single bed for the 3 of us and refused to budge, until they suddenly "found" me a room with a sofa bed and switched me.

Tallest did not work

The toilet was broken they did not fix it so we couldn't use the restroom in the hotel. They would not change my room so we left a day early.
