And not only us but I was privileged to witness her kindness to those before me in line. She is patient polite knowledgeable and will listen and is more than will to help. I prayed before I checked to God Almighty our Heavenly Father God in our Lord Jesus Christ Yeshua Might God's name. Everything I'm sure would have been great I'm sure. All I wanted was a hot shower. But your computer system and your Ai are crap how can you put something like that in charge with no common since. You are a thief a lying piece of crap and a con. You are what is truly wrong with the world today. Voodoo put on you. May all bad things happen to you and your business or should I say rip off Hilton.

The clerk lady was great. Tried helping in anyway possible but again your stupid robots know how to screw up a wet dream
