Extended Stay America Select Suites - Denver - Aurora South

When i entered the room all i could smell was cigar. It was not cleaned properly the floor looked like it wasnt mopped hair in the bathroom floor and shower. It seemd as if someone had just left the room. It was loud the people outside in the stairway were obnoxious and the stairway up to the room smelled like urine. I will never go there again.very unsatisfied

Everything i aas charged more then quoted on booking.com. the lady siad that bokking.com had made a mistake and the room was more then what I was quoted.

The bathroom didn't flush we had to put water to flush it

First room smelt like smoke even though its no smoking inside, second room remote and toilet didn’t work, unprepared. Would not recommend!!

Good location and ample parking, but I can't say anything else positive. The room was disgustingly dirty with cigarette burn marks all over the place, there were only 2 towels and they were paper-thin, and there was no soap or shampoo. On top of that they disconnected my wifi at 8 am and wouldn't turn it back on. I will never stay there again.

Não recebi nenhum item da cozinha (faca, garfo, prato, xicara), somente mediante pagamento na recepção, porem no anúncio (propaganda) dizia que os ítens de cozinha eram grátis.

No office staff 10pm-10am. No towels in room. Some weird bloody looking turd in soapy tub water. Drug deals going on outside. Pretty sure saw human trafficking in form of pimp in black car drop off sex worker. No breakfast. No security. Do not take family here.
