called a thousand times that we are ariving late and that we are still going to check in but when we arrived no room was available even though we had booked at the counter was a lady that couldnt speak english a bulk of people was gathering in the lobby to complain that there was no water at all and the guy who finally spoke english was extremely unfriendly and we still got charged even though no room was available for us. good luck with that business model

Absolutely the worst stay I've ever had at a hotel. Basic amenities could not be offered. The rooms are falsely advertised for having said amenities when they don't. I stayed for 3 nights. They couldn't even bother to get me a shower curtain to shower. -10/10. Stay away, and save your time and money.

Nice room and comfy bed. Free parking - but only if you placed a ticket from reception in your car window as the car park is 'patrolled' by a third party contractor who "remove vehicles with no ticket, and ask questions later"

Had to wait 40 minutes from 11.50pm to midnight thirty for someone to come to reception to check me in. Very poor service. Sign outside says reception closes at 11pm and to use the adjacent phone on the wall for an after hours check in. Continuosly had the phone in my hand (it auto-dialled) and someone would pick it up and put it straight down. Then after about 10 minutes it was taken off the hook. I tried calling the company 24h reservation line but they were no help whatsoever and showed little to no interest. After 40 minutes I chanced upon a lady walking her dog past reception (there were now 2 of us trying to check in).. she looked at us (obviously looked like we couldn't in) and initially looked away. Only as she got closer and had stood for a few seconds whilst her dog went to the toilet. She said something, which we couldn't understand, and then disappeared INTO the hotel through a side door!!!! Turns out she was the receptionist!!!! Eventually she appears behind the reception and lets us in. She didn't speak much English but luckily the other guest checking in spoke Spanish. It took a further 10 minutes to get our respective rooms, and then I directed to the wrong building!! The rooms are nice, although the 'free breakfast' is pointless - a cereal bar (although they run out) and coffee. No juice or anything else. My advice, don't book here if you've got a late (say after 10pm) arrival..

I booked this stay over four months in advance, to arrive there and be told my room wasn't available. The room they "so graciously" offered us was disgusting. Paint peeling off the shower walls, dirt all over the floors, and the bottom half of the bathroom door was missing!! Water pressure was a joke, and the city shut up water as a whole during our stay. No refunds were offered for that. And they had the nerve to take a $50 deposit in case WE damaged something. I couldn't believe it. Terrible, terrible, terrible.
