We enjoyed our stay as well.

My stay was very enjoyable but pls kindly keep the outside of the rooms very clean as the rooms are clean.

Not a thing

The website said 4.8 miles from WFW, it was 16.+ miles. Website on booking.com was false information. Not booking.com’s fault, they can only print what’s given to them. $45.00 cab ride later. When I mention the distance the young man behind the desk, laughed at me. Said, “I just started here.” TV was not hooked up. No outlet to plug it in. TV was on dresser. That’s it! Called front desk. No answer. Most lights didn’t work. Wall paint was chipped. Chose this hotel out of desperation. Everything was booked. Flight was canceled.

The positive aspect about this hotel is its convenient proximity to DFW.

Guest Services: I am all for marijuana, but I was shocked by the fact that the front office wreaks heavily of it, and on a daily basis. It is clear that the staff are regularly high, which reflects in their overall unprofessional demeanor and attire, including the way in which they interact with, and handle requests and any discrepancies addressed by, their guests. The front desk was generally unmanned, so my boyfriend and I had to wait either indefinitely, or, return to the office at a later time, and sometimes even multiple times before we were helped. The eighty-dollar a night hotel did not provide a free breakfast as advertised, which I assume is due to the large number of guests who are essentially long-term tenants. Due to a flight cancellation, we decided to extend our stay by a night (despite the appalling state of our room, which I'll address later), however, the reservation system was down, so we were asked to return to the office at a later time. I decided, wrongly, to wait until check-out time to pay for the additional night, wrongly because later that evening, an employee, who appeared more like a thuggish drug dealer, banged on our door and barged into our room demanding that we, "Pay up, now!" without any consideration for our privacy and state of undress. Room Conditions: The first room I was assigned to had a leaky toilet, with water all over the bathroom floor. Both rooms smelled musty. The only difference between the first and second room was the non-leaky toilet in the second room. In general, I was appalled by the state of both rooms, and I imagine all rooms are in a similar state--in desperate need of attention. The tub was rusty and in desperate need of cleaning and repair, and there were cockroaches all over the place, which I deduced were coming into the room from gaps within the appliances and walls. The musty sheets were unwashed, as the dog hair on my PJs could attest to after climbing out of bed. Thank

I spent a few nights here and had to go to the office 3 times. Lost my reservation after I checked in, microwave didn’t work, and key stopped working. It smells of marijuana outside, ALL the time. The unit was just dirty- each lamp shade had stains, gum in the carpet, I could go on but I’ll spend a few $ more on my next trip just to avoid another extended stay America experience
