Clean Room

It had a kitchen and full fridge.

I didn't receive the room I booked! No coffee or turndown service

Sheets are clean. Very nice set up for a kitchenet. Staff was nice

Hi you have us in room 206. There are bugs on the floor and walls and ceiling. Looks like it is cockroachs. Please come and spray before we get carried away

I love the fact that miss Sierra makes sure that the your room has what it needs very professionally doing her job very respectful that is the reason why we keep booking here until we find us a place to stay and her stuff is the same all have a sweet spirit

At first when we booked our room it was not clear properly but that changed and they did take care of us about the issue love frontage, location kck

We are very pleased with the location and that you are able to cook and the staff are very friendly and make sure that we have a room

The rooms need to improve on there cleaning we had to clean before we was able to take a shower and floors needed cleaning as well and the mattress cover looks like this just poor but God knows I pray that we can find us a place because it’s just so pricey

Breakfast was basic.customer service was horrible

Everything was horrible filthy room, roaches, mold broken appliances

Literally nothing.

This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. There were multiple roaches in my room. The wifi did not work. The room was not clean. Someone had removed the batteries from the TV remote. It was absolutely frightening in terms of cleanliness.
