We booked here for the Rose Parade. Most other rooms in the area of Pasadena were booked out as early as October ( parade is Jan 1st). The hotel was close to the parade.

The hotel is filthy. The halls smell like urine. The cabinets in the room were delaminating. The sink in the bathroom would back up. The mattress on the pullout was full of stains and smelled bad.

The área is lo ates in is the only thing good about this place

The place is like a cheap motel… so dirty and the place itself felt like a ghetto motel. The carpets are so stain and dirty… even the hallways walking to ur room we’re discussing. Definitely pay a bit more and stay across the street… this was not worth the night
