The location

The hotel advertises they have breakfast muffins and coffee isn’t a breakfast.. They should expand their breakfast selection and the quantity.

There was feces and urine all over the sidewalks in front of the hotel doors. It was so disgusting. I was embarrassed to even be there and the staff seem to think oh we know but nothing we can do. It was so disgusting that I asked for my money back and I left. I didn’t even stay there one night

I like that there is no additional security deposit. I like that there is laundry. And a breakfast.

I didn’t like that there were things in my room that were not working. Ie. The lamp that I needed to do work by, no plug for the tub. Knob on the light was broken

I like its location , near things I needed for

The room was a bit smelly, no ventilation

Close to shopping and food and bus stop

I didn’t like housekeeping knocking on my door wondering if I’m staying or going. It’s not housekeeping’s personal business to know that. For my safety and protection. Management yes.

Supposed to have a phone to get in touch with staff members and never picked up the phone, they should ad a note saying that would not received anymore customers after hours
