Extended Stay America Suites - Norwalk - Stamford

Very heavy smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Very outdated and not very welcoming in the lobby. Seems as though the person working the counter had a friend hanging out with her. Just unprofessional in my opinion. Would not stay here again or recommend.

Did not get to stay they said ecpedia did not pay them

I booked a room with double beds. The room they gave us had one king. We asked to have our room switched but she said they were fully booked. The sofa in the room was a pull out which she made up for us. Not as comfortable as a real bed.

Did not like the hue of the lighting. Too ‘cool’. Use lower than 3000 kelvin for warmer lighting.

It’s like a mini studio and very quiet. It’s great to have the stove to cook

Vending machines were overpriced, and the water was bad for hours one day and I needed to shower

My husband and I decided to try Extended Stay America after staying a couple nights at another local hotel in Norwalk. We were very pleased with our accommodations, the staff and the location. The room was clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

Rude staff. Nothing in room- not even trash can. Broken doors and cabinets. I did not feel safe.
