continental breakfast wasn’t much of a choice, room (mainly bathroom) could have been cleaner

Worst hotel ever

They were not friendly

Room was cute and clean, and comfortable ,and all the needed conveniences . “ breakfast” items were not refilled .

Apartamento espaçoso e bem equipado com eletrodomésticos, bom chuveiro e cama muito confortável. Roupas de cama e toalhas de banho novas e muito limpas.

A recepção e bastante suja e a máquina de comida e bebida estava com falta de alguns produtos, inclusive água. Espaço muito pequeno para o café e com falta de praticamente todos os produtos quando fui até lá.

The property was dirty with lots of trash outside. Unregistered cars in the parking lot. People walk dogs but don’t clean up after them. Beer bottles and unsightly food wrappers. Inside the carpet is dirty. Breakfast was basically nonexistent. For the money there’s other places in the area

Terrible smells. Nobody was at front desk and had to wait 15 minutes . Hallways smelled. Room. Smelled. Hair on towels. No remote for tv. We left and booked another property. Nobody was at front desk when we left

Why even call it a gym if you only have 2 treadmills? Why call breakfast if the only thing that you offer is oatmeal that you have to cook yourself. In other words terrible services and the hallways stink as well.

I got in around 1:30am, completely exhausted. Mirvy handled my check in with no issues and professionally. Once I got into the room (ground floor) I noticed the window wouldn’t lock. I went back to let Mirvy know. She didn’t hesitate to get me into another room quickly. I can’t express how much I appreciated that. A big Thank You to Mirvy!!! Also, Lissette checked me out this morning and was just as nice and professional. The room was outdated but clean. Sheets definitely need to be retired. BUT, Because of the staff I would still come back to stay here. Give these ladies a raise because they MAKE this place.
