Was not clean

The receptionist was so rude

I was in a room that had construction going on most of my stay the rudeness of the employees was very unacceptable the lady who checked me in was the most polite and honestly deserves a raise everyone else I encountered appalled me. The gentleman that came when I first got there unlocked my door and tried to open it, then stuck his foot in and said I was not supposed to be in this room.( said he was manager) on my day leaving I took a little extra time trying to pack by myself with my two kids after being a victim of a house Fire I was exhausted the lady (other manager)had me arrested because I was taking too long and said I was trespassing then my card was charged on the days that I was in jail thus taking the rest of the money that the American Red Cross gave me for housing so thank you extended. Stay Germantown.

The beds were fairly comfortable. That's it!!

I didn't like walking into the lobby with the facility staff high, and the entire lobby smelling like marijuana was just smoked at the front desk. When I questioned them on it, they blew me off.

Ask for the manager Craig, he has been very kind since we checked in for the first time. The rest of the staff is absolutely delightful. The atmosphere is very kid friendly and quiet. Minutes away from Shelby Farms. All amenities are very close by 15 minutes from Downtown! Rooms Were Clean! We loved our day will definitely be coming back!
