Staff member Kenosha. A true gem & the single reason we weren't left without a room. Room was reasonable shape & comfort. Beds were fairly good & kitchenette was nice.

They have literal front desk hours. Better be prepared to get there early. We had delays & didn't & no one read the messages we sent to inform property. So we almost weren't able to get checked in at all after very long day of driving.

"We didn’t stay, Jerika understood and cancelled our stay waiting on my refund . I rebooked at a holiday inn"

They were not able to accommodate me with 3 children under 10. I was going to be assigned rooms far apart. It was a safety issue. I am waiting on my refund!
