It was a worst experience. The microwave was not working, fleas flying in room, smoking smell in a non smoking room. Complained to staff but no attention at all and careless.

DONT NOT STAUY AT THIS HOTEL. Seriously!!! its a matter of life and death. We diacover BLACK MOLD in our room and for days everyone was coughing and wondering why, im very sensitive to things like mold so I felt something was wrong. When I discovered it we notified the front desk and staff they claimed they would move us, NEVER happened. It gets worst the last few days we were there after I discovered the BLACK MOLD, there toilwt stopped up. Nothing we did made it go down. Imagine 4 people in a room with no toilet. It was HORRIBLE, I cried so much because my family didn't deserve this!!! still no help and assistance from Hometowne staff. Last day i was there I was fed up, when to the office again and tried to talk to them aboit getting help,.nothing feom staff one member had the nerve to say why didnt you saw something before. We got so offened that someone would think we wouldnt have bwgged dor help already. I had spend my last to stay there for a few days so i couldnt even leave to go somewhere else. I called Hotel.com for help, nothing! The was the second hotel Hotel.com recommendes that was AWFUL, DISGUSTING, INCEST AND BUG INFESTED. Hotel.com needs to be SHUT DOWN and be banned from recommending hotels until they check them out!.Below you will find photos,I couldnt post the videos.

This property is poorly advertised. I showed up after hours and there was no person at a front desk or check in window. The description of the property specifically said that there was availability to check into hours. After 3 phone calls to the number provided at the check-in window, somebody finally answered of whom I could hardly understand. And finally, their verbiage was understandable, and they said they were on their way. Five to ten minutes later, after standing there in a sketchy neighborhood with my young son, I decided to leave as I did not feel safe. So I cannot rate the quality of the room as I did not even give it a chance. You certainly don't get the warm fuzzies when you walk up to the place!

While the customer service was A1. The property itself was run down. The room reeked of strong smoke as soon as I opened the door I couldn't take it. Also there were men hanging out on the stairs and smoking cigarettes outside while you're trying to get to your room while whistling at me: I just didn't feel safe on the back side. The bedding was old and dirty looking.

From first walking in nothing was complex to check in considering the front desk had everyone in it out they've tended to their guess needs...The prices you cannot beat and yes I've always thought the sayin (on the bad side) was true"you get what you pay for" but in this case definitely isn't true! For the look of the hotel the upkeeps are on point and "no roaches"I mean not a single one I've seen again for this normal wear and tear... Maintenance is on point any issues you have they resolve they have great attitudes great energy and they make you feel as a true {hometown studios family member}!!! And So yes for these matters I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that is trying to stay within their budget range and still able to maintain comfortably 💯 💯 💯 💯 ⭐⭐ ⭐ ✨ ✨
