"Worst hotel I’ve ever been to"

Awful - roaches broken toilet seat and NO HOT WATER . We were supposed to stay for a week and we stayed for 2 days . True nightmare

They wouldn’t let me check in and then I was told that I didn’t have a reservation but that definitely was the correct location. I would love a refund since I never was able to check in. I actually had to go to a different hotel down the road.

It was the worse hotel room I have ever seen. So bad that I cancelled my second night. I would have cancelled the first night if I was not arriving at 3:00 AM. I have photos of all the damages in the room when I checked in. Was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but it smelt like someone had been smoking in it ever day for the past year.
