Extended Stay America Suites - Fort Lauderdale - Davie

Stayed here for 4 nights this padt week. I've stayed at some pretty bad hotels, but this one is right up there. It is so run down and old. It needs upgrades everywhere. The bathroom is just kind of gross. Did I mention the prostitutes walking the parking lot at night? Or the punks revving , their Honda Civics , with four inch mufflers at 3am? I could not wait to get out of here. Oh, yeah, it's located in the biggest cluster F of roads you've ever seen in your life. If you'll notice the reviews on just about every travel site warn you of this place. I should have listened myself.

New room compared to the old smelly room that they stuck me in last time.

The fact it takes only seconds to take the deposit money but days up to 7 to get it back. Also that No one told me there was a deposit before they had already took the room payment what if I didn't have the deposit money available at the time?

Hotel is old and needs an up date terribly . It smells like mold as soon as you walk in. Stains on counters , bath tub is disgusting . Refrigerator has rust all over it . Never have we seen a hotel like this . We did not stay the night .
